From music to sports and social issues — #REVOLT is leading the way in creating content that adds to the Black culture and its experience globally. On September 22-24, REVOLT held its first-ever #REVOLTWORLD. This new three-day experience celebrated the impact of hip-hop and REVOLT's 10th anniversary. REVOLT WORLD was filled with thought-provoking discussions in star-studded panels, immersive activities, network building, and amazing performances throughout the days.
Day 1 was the warmup, Revolt world opened its doors and started out with a bang. From performances from Juvenile, Moneybagg Yo, and not to mention black-owned food trucks keeping up fueled up to enjoy the night. A live taping of Drink Champs was available to watch on the Revolt Stage as well.
Day 2 was jam-packed with heavy-hitting performances by King Combs, Maiya the Don, Scar Lip, Don Toliver, and Saucy Santana. During the day event, we got to learn some gems from enlightening panel discussions hosted by our favorite celebs like Lauren London, Jim Jones, and Jezzy, ranging from talking about finance to social issues to fashion, that impact our culture. Attendees were also excited to get the inside scoop with Ari Flecher and Yung Miami at her live taping of Caresha Please.
Sunday was the close-out day, with some light discussions on the Revolt world stage, and interactive activities to engage in. Jason Lee brought out #BrittanyRenner for his first-ever live taping of The Jason Lee Show. Walmart, McDonald's, Doritos, and more sponsored the event, so they made sure everyone was happy. From free fries, creating your own t-shirts, having fun in the 360 booths, freestyling a rap, and having a chance to win $10,000, Revolt World ensured you were busy the whole weekend.
Diddy’s first-ever Revolt World was an unprecedented success, setting the bar high for future music events not only in Atlanta but across the globe. Its impact will be a long-lasting one. It amplifies the voices of artists, celebrates diversity, and provides unity through music and conversation.
We can't wait to see what they have in store next year.
